Post the COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more vital that wellbeing is a priority along with supporting colleagues to recognise and learn how to rebalance and understand what takes them from pressure to stress. ‘Resilience’ is a key attribute and we can deliver bespoke programmes that develop skills in the areas of leadership presence, awareness, clarity of direction and resilient decision making.

This is a 3 or a 6 month programme and gives participants full Access to the RLDP tool and 3 x 1 hour online group sessions and 2 x 1 hour one to one online coaching sessions.
