Key Stage Consulting works with groups or individuals to create tailored programmes that facilitate opportunities to set clear and achievable goals (SMART targets) that are measurable, alongside the nurturing of key leadership skills. In addition, clients explore how to recognise when they go from pressure to stress and how to re-balance.

Post the COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more vital that wellbeing is a priority along with supporting colleagues to recognise and learn how to rebalance and understand what takes them from pressure to stress. ‘Resilience’ is a key attribute and we can deliver bespoke programmes that develop skills in the areas of leadership presence, awareness, clarity of direction and resilient decision making.
