About us and our work
Since the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, supporting the well-being and resilience of family, friends and colleagues is even more vital.
With everyone increasingly having to lead in times of uncertainty, our CPD programmes draw on the RLE™ (Resilient Leaders Elements), a framework that encompasses four key leadership strengths of clarity of direction, resilient decision making and awareness and leadership presence to enable clients to achieve their goals and grow both professionally and personally.
Our programmes
Through the use of a range of tools, our programmes enable the measurement of progress and awareness in a meaningful way that not only identifies areas for development, but also areas of strength that clients can draw upon in times of change or uncertainty.
The RLDP™ (Resilient Leaders Development Programme) is an interactive assessment tool that is used by clients to set goals and targets, self-assess, gain 360-degree feedback, develop through challenges and accurately measure and track growth.
